UNOFFICIAL FAN PROJECT

Hytale Parkour is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Hypixel Studios or their affiliates. "Hytale" is a trademark of Hypixel Studios Canada Inc. This is an unofficial, community-driven fan project.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Hytale Parkour (including logging in, browsing content, downloading information, or submitting parkour content), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

USER ACCOUNTS

To submit parkour content or interact with the platform, you need to create an account. You can register using email/password or by linking a third-party account (Google).

SECURITY

If you use email/password registration, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and complex. If you use a social login, you are responsible for securing that third-party account.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

USERNAME AND IMPERSONATION

Your username must not:

Impersonate any person, entity, or organization that you are not
Contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language
Violate any third-party rights or trademarks
Be misleading or deceptive

We reserve the right to require you to change your username or suspend your account if your username violates these terms.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

SUBMITTING PARKOUR CONTENT

When you submit a parkour content to our platform, you agree to the following:

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Hytale Parkour a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, distribute, and modify your content on our platform and in connection with our services.

CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

You represent and warrant that:

You own the content you submit or have explicit permission/license to submit it
You have the right to grant us the license described above
Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
Your content does not include any personally identifiable information
Post titles and descriptions must be written in English

REVIEW PROCESS

All submitted content undergoes a review process before being published on our platform. We review submissions to ensure they meet our quality standards and comply with these Terms of Service. Not all submissions may be approved for publication.

CONTENT MODIFICATION AND REMOVAL

We reserve the right to review, edit, modify, or delete any submitted content at any time, including after publication, if we determine it violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise inappropriate.
